Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your printer to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tools to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
